Young Outstanding Presenters

On 26th May, students from all three White Rose Academies attended the Young Outstanding Presenters Competition hosted by The Northern Gas Network.

Leeds West Academy, Leeds East Academy, and Leeds City Academy took part in the competition against students from Bradford Academy and Whitcliffe Mount. Alex and Cara from Leeds West Academy, were exceptional during their presentations, going on to win the event and retaining the title that was acquired by Jodie Davey last year. Leeds City Academy were close runners up with a superb presentation.

Mr Winterbottom from Leeds West Academy has accompanied the students over the past two years: “It was a fantastic day and a timely reminder of how brilliant the students are within our schools. It has been great working on this project over the years and fantastic seeing our students win once again. Congratulations to all involved.”
