White Rose Academies Celebration Evening

A group of dancers represented Leeds East Academy at a performance as part White Rose Academies Trust Celebration Evening at Leeds West Academy.

The students performed a Bollywood piece that they created during a workshop with a local professional dancer.

The Year 9 GCSE Dance group also performed a piece of choreography that they have been working on throughout the year. Both performances showcased the discipline and commitment that students have to their work and presented a very professional performance on stage.

Ms Moss said: “They performed brilliantly and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We were also inspired by the other superb performances from Leeds West Academy and Leeds City Academy.”
