Making progress with a positive mindset
Congratulations to Jack in Year 7, who is Leeds East Academy’s Student of the Week.
Jack has worked extremely hard this week to maintain his positive behaviour both in lessons and around the Academy. He has been hugely successful and has gained himself a number of student of the week postcards as a result.
Mr Hart, School Leader, said: “Jack has shown a great level of resilience this week to stay calm and demonstrate mature conduct. He has massively reduced the amount of negative comments and is beginning to excel in all of his lessons. This has resulted in him making excellent progress, especially in his Enquiry lesson.”
Mr Stokes adds: "Great progress Jack, well done. Your mindfulness towards others and your focus on learning is a crucial element to your future success. Keep up the promotion of our core values in everything you do, whilst inspiring others to follow your outstanding example."
