Achieving and Exceeding Targets

Congratulations to Sophie, who is Leeds East Academy’s Student of the Week.

Sophie averages and over 60 stamps each week. To this date, Sophie has shown resilience above the Academy target of 96%+ attendance. Sophie trains with the under-16 English gymnastic team, which is a busy commitment, yet she still manages to achieve her target level across all of her subjects. Sophie is a hardworking, ambitious and confident individual.

Ms Bean, Key Stage 3 Pastoral Leader, said: “Sophie is a fantastic role model for all students at Leeds East Academy. She works hard and excels in every lesson. Sophie rarely receives negative comments and is always willing to help others within lessons. Sophie is a student who I can rely on to do the right thing; first time, every time.”
