Great Ownership and Organisation
Congratulations to Robert in Year 8, who is Leeds East Academy's student of the week.
This term, Robert has been working very hard in all of his lessons and has made a real effort to attend school every day, in addition to demonstrating outstanding organisation.
Mr Hart said: "Robert has made a massive improvement within school. He is taking greater ownership on his attendance, which has improved considerably as well as the effort he puts into his lessons, resulting in more progress towards his Academy targets. The level of resilience that he has shown within lessons recently has impressed me greatly and he has become a role model to others within his year group."
Mr Rowell-Burton adds: "Roberts’s attitude towards learning is outstanding. He has shown a real drive determination to do his utmost to succeed this academic year."
