Congratulations to Laureen in Year 11, who is Leeds East Academy's student of the week.
Laureen is a committed, hard working student who shows continued ambition and drive in all aspects of her academic studies.
Ms Galley said: "Laureen has shown true resilience towards her work and continually strives for excellence. Her commitment to her studies is demonstrated in her attendance at every half term intervention. Laureen attends every session regardless to whether she had been asked."
