LEA Culture Day

Thursday 25th October Leeds East Academy held their first Culture Day.

Leeds East Academy Culture Days provide students with the opportunity to better understand why it is important to demonstrate mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and backgrounds.

On Thursday there was a small celebration of food, music and fashion in the canteen. It was a great way to kick start the celebrations during break time. It was wonderful to see students support their peers as they showcased Romanian culture and their talents.

Staff and Students are really looking forward to the next Culture Day.
