Excellent Achievement in Online Learning

At Leeds East Academy we feel it is extremely important to celebrate the fantastic work our students are completing at home.

Congratulations to the following students who have shown fantastic dedication and progress whilst completing online learning.

Students of the Week

  • Melissa (Year 10) submitted really high quality essays for her English Literature poetry work
  • Alexia (Year 7) has completed fantastic work in Science on Educake with 93% of 304 correct.
  • Amen (Year 10) has completed some excellent work on Hegarty Maths - 12.5 hours over the last fortnight. 
  • Faith (Year 7) has shown great resilience and excellence throughout this period. She has worked very hard and engaged with all subject work.

Science Spotlight 

  • Marc (Year 10) has completed 2711 questions on Educake during lockdown.
  • Matthew (Year 7) has completed 1868 questions during lockdown.
  • Thomas (Year 8) has completed over 1100 questions, averaging a score of 90%.
  • Kamalpreet (Year 9) has completed over 1600 questions, averaging a score of 83%.
  • Ashley (Year 9) has completed over 1500 questions averaging a score of 82%.
  • Anaya (Year 7) has completed over 1000 questions and averaged a score of 81%.
  • Daniel (Year 9) has worked so hard to complete every piece of work set, and then requested more.
