Self-Defence Class 

On Tuesday, our Empower students across Leeds City, Leeds East, and Leeds West Academy took part in a Self-Defence Class. The class was led by Charlotte Watson, a female leader from the British Military Martial Arts (BMMA) who also shared her story about being in the military and how she became British champion in Tae Kwon and Kick Boxing. Students were shown a range of different self-defence techniques.
