12k Total Warriors

On Sunday 26th June, five members of Leeds East Academy staff completed the tough 12k Total Warrior course. The course was completed in aid of the Martin House Children's Hospice, where staff raised a total of £650

Sean Rowell-Burton, Chris Reynolds, Jenny Reeder, Katie Reeder and Elizabeth Henderson took part with some of their partners, who have been training after school once a week since Christmas.

Mr Rowell-Burton said: “Some of the events were the shocker, such as the human BBQ and the ice bucket challenge. Afterwards everyone was tired, but it was all worth the months of training. We are already looking for another challenge!”
