Barcelona Trip 2018

An Educational & Cultural Experience

The Spanish Department is delighted to announce that they are organising an educational and cultural visit to Barcelona in June 2018. The group will spend 4 nights in a hotel in the centre of Barcelona, a truly inspiring and vibrant city.

The trip includes educational sightseeing in Barcelona with entry into Gaudí’s famous Sagrada Familia and the Camp Nou football stadium, home to one of the greatest football teams in the world.

Ms Widnall said: "We will take in the sights (and smells!) of the incredible Boquería market and enjoy a guided walking tour of the city. We will also spend a day at the PortAventura Theme park. The total cost of the trip is £652 and as promised, the school will subsidise this cost by £300 per student, which brings the total to £352 per student. This price includes return flights from Liverpool airport, half board accommodation and insurance, along with all transfers to and from school. All breakfast and evening meals are included from the evening of Monday 18th June to the morning of Friday 22nd June, although students will need some money for food and drink on the outward journey before we arrive at the hotel and also for the journey back (lunch and possibly dinner) on the Friday."
